Mellow and More

Here's a mix of mostly mellow stuff: a couple songs off the new Shins album (not bad, though it's no Chutes too Narrow IMO), a couple from Daniel Rossen's (of Grizzly Bear) new EP, a couple off Andrew Birds new LP (totally worth checking out the whole thing, btw),  then it's a random mix of chill songs from a wide range of genres, e.g. Booker T. Jones (grammy winner!), Bon Iver (hard-to-find cover of John Prine's "Bruised Orange"),  a beautiful song from a Danger Mouse/Daniel Lippi/Jack White collaboration ("The Rose with a Broken Neck"), and the usual suspects (Wilco, MGMT, The National, Girls).

Get Yo Lando On!!

Have you guys seen this awesomeness? I saw this over on Gamma Squad. I can not get enough of this, "Star Wars" video game for the Kinect.  I could watch this ridiculousness all day.  I am not even a huge fan of the, "Star Wars" franchise, *offers up Nerd card.*  What I am a huge fan of is funny dancing and pelvic thrusts.  Check out some videos and gifs below...can't stop watching...work it Lando!!!
