Yes Homo Pop Princess Mix 2

Guess what?  The new Yes Homo Pop Princess Mix is here. I can tell you are excited.  This version is a little more pop princessy than the last one. There are actually some songs on it that I don't really approve of, buuuut it's for the ladies. *Curtsies* They love the GaGa, personally she scares the shit out of me. I want nothing to do with her or her music.  Seriously what the fuck is going on here?  People tell me she is actually a good musician.  I say, you could tell me she sounds like the end result of a Sam Cooke/Otis Redding love child who copulated with the spawn of Aretha Franklin and Al Green's beh-bay and I still wouldn't want to hear what she has to say.  I just don't get the packaging.  Look at her next to Beyonce.  Beyonce doesn't need to make herself look punchable, she just sings.  I can respect that.  That other madness just frightens me.

Lucky for you guys I am willing to put my kettle of seething anger to the side and dip my toes into that murky cesspool known as the top 40. Don't say I never did anything nice for you. I actually have never heard the original of this song, I'm sure it's great...so this will be on the mix.

This mix is heavily peppered with artists from youtube. You may have known this already but apparently there are a ton of people that sit in front of webcams and record covers of pop songs, sometimes even originals. I am not sure if it's because I am racist, but I came across a ton of Asians that did this sort of thing. Here are some of my favorites.

I think Clara is super cute and her voice is really pure and pretty. Weird because those are exactly the boxes I checked on my build-a-wife form. Well that and webbed feet, it's hard being the only one with webbed feet in a relationship. Here she is performing her new original, "Off-Beat." She just took top honors at Kollaboration in LA, a sort of Asian American talent show, with her perfomance of this song.  Kollaboration will be coming to San Francsico as well, but no Clara, check out the performers and get tickets here.

I don't have any Esna, the girl in the one below, on the new mix, but she is going to send me some stuff soon, so maybe next round. I stumbled onto her because of this video with Dumbfoundead and some other dudes. It's a global jam session, everyone just doing their thing and then combining forces, shit's dope, and Esna can blow.

These girls are not Asian, they are Swedish. I found this one so randomly, I was searching for Peasant, the band, and saw this cover of The Fleet Foxes song, "Tiger Mountain Peasant Song." I was pretty impressed. This is on the mix.

Jane Lui, not really my favorite but the ladies approve.

I think this girl is tight, uhh she isn't on the mix though.

But if you are in the LA area you should go see her...I would.
